Now that summer is on its way, please be sure to pack a hat, sunglasses (if your child wears them), and sun block. Please also ensure your child brings outdoor running shoes as we will be spending a lot of time outside over the coming months!

For the health and wellness of the other children and our staff, please do not bring your child to FitKids if he or she is sick. This includes symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, unexplained rash or cough, pink-eye or other contageous infection, or if your child is not well enough to be active and requires extra attention (our staff must be attentitve to all kids).
